Nvm, Using VB would require automated scripts "bots" that may take up to much CPU to run properly. And most sites only count unique IP's unless you intend spoofing every single bots IP.

I know the mass website or link visiter would only be for personal use i.e. if someone wanted to visit there account on a forum they could do so, since some sites do not count unique IPs

Yea I get what you mean. First I would recommend scripting a good browser and then Inplementing that as a feature...
