ileiktotalminer 2 Report post Posted February 18, 2012 would it be posable for me to make diagonal tools (like in MINECRAFT) and then flip them so they are straight up?
Blackwing102 4 Report post Posted February 18, 2012 How about extruding whatever the texture is say by 1/8 of a block and have it central in the 1x1 block footprint. How it joins up with other posts can hopefully be explained by the below diagram The orange blocks represent existing fences. The black block in the middle of each scenario is what happens if a player places a fence inbetween exisiting fences. There might be a need for a new texture which is a Fence post and 1/2 fence length. what about a scenario D where the fence is going up, down, right, and left? Magik Chicken 172 Report post Posted February 18, 2012 what about a scenario D where the fence is going up, down, right, and left? Then it will connect to all four fences
MNC Paranoia 0 Report post Posted February 25, 2012 You can use any drawing program as long as it supports transparency. e.g. MS Paint does not, Paint.Net does. Another good program for this would be to use GIMP. I have found that this is a good one to use when making a 'home brew' texture pack :)
