What anime do you recommend?

but but but...........i dont think they suck ^_^, bleach expicaly is a great anime (minues the bount arc......... {shudders} ^_^), i'm enjoying the zonpakoto rebalion atm (fail spelling xD) but i can't wait till it gets back to the aisan arc ^_^............only to have it drop right into more filler xO!

i hear ya, at first it was teh bount acr that went waaaaaaaaaay to damn long and sucked any way, then it was the princes one witch was fun but still xD, now its the zonpakoto rebeulion (fear ma spelling) witch is a lot of fun just that its going to be going on for another 6+ months still xO!!!! before we get back to cannon, and worse yet i belive both seasion 12-13 (both cannon) are aculty SHORTER!!!! then the zonpakoto arc....................... best part when seasion 13 is done we get right back into an f'n filler seasion xO!!!!!, i'm not even sure theres gona be new cannon story now after seasion 14 (seasion 14 is filler), expsicaly with something big big big that happens at the end of the aisan story line to ichigo. they could make more but its never gona be the same. witch may be what the creator always wanted since he never ment for ichigo to be the main charictor any way or at lest i read he said that.

me too, tho now only bleach is new and i wish they would get something new on, but at lest they even play anime still, there was a while there a long time ago were they were talking about getting ride of anime altogther. also they need to stop being lazy and play the 3rd bleach movie already "Fade to black" i already own it but i would love to see it get played on adult swim ^_^

i keep remmbering more, i've seen so many i forget most of them, 2 other good ones are

 

Eureka Seven, loved it, its a romanice/action and very depressing a lot of the time. expicaly latter in teh suries. but i would difnlty recomend it ^_^

 

Deadman wonderland, form teh same guy i think as Eureka seven (it shows in the male and female lead) way to damn short (only 12 epsioeds atm, but theres supsied to be a seasion 2 soon) very cool back story, very cool charictors and story line, would difnlty recomend it too ^_^

got 2 more that i remmbered (bear with me on spelling)

 

blassriter (go team japan!)

takes place in germany, kind of a zombie anime, but there not zombies persay, instead of a virues more of nano machines cuaseing zombies, its kinda of an odd anime at first becuse they kill off the main charictor, after instead of a main charictor theres just a ton of other peopel they follow. confused me at first btu then i loved it, and it works very well. generaly very depessing but its an amazing storyline and well worth your time. fav charitor (besides the automatic picks of snow and joshies sister) is the japanse comander in the 2nd seasion, so cool ^_^

 

another one i remmbered was code gueese (long live japan XD ^_^)

set in a world were japan is in invaded and taken over by a monarcy conpusing of the americas and most of western europe (called britainya), follows the story of laluch a young prince of britaniya whos been forced to take the role of a simple student after his mother was asasinated and his father (the empere) did nothing to help. laluch begins his conquest to kill his father and take over his empire and form there the world. alls going well till he meets an importal witch named CC (said as C2) who gives him a power to force any one he wishs (only once) to follow an order with out hestation or question. neat story line with some crazy twists, in 2 seasions, with 5!! diffrent openings, seasion 1 3rd opening is one of my fav anime openings of all time ^_^, shamem they only played it during the last 2 epsioeds of the first seasion xO

I pretty much only like mini-series / 1 season series.

 

If you are anything like me, here is a list of my recommendations, i believe they are all 6-26 episodes:

 

Record of Lodoss War ( oldschool classic. Fantasy world. Oddball group have to use might + magic to save the world from the tyranny of evil.)

Berserk ( based on the popular manga. If you are a guy who enjoys anime, you need to watch this series. It's amazing)

Trigun ( first few episodes are kinda a turn off.......by episode 4 you'll be hooked, i promise)

Cowboy Bebop ( if you haven't seen this shame on you)

Samurai Champloo ( strikingly similar to Cowboy bebop....except set in feudal era japan)

S-cry-ed( awesome show, just watch it)

Wolf's Rain ( from the makers of cowboy bebop...nuff said)

Claymore ( appealing to chicks as well as guys. Half vampire half human chicks fighting monsters and *****. on netflix)

Hellsing ( Alucard anyone?)

Pilot Candidate ( cute show ....hard to find)

FLCL ( watch it stoned to max entertainment =p)

 

Also, kinda kiddish but still great :

 

Zoids : Chaotic century ( original zoids, never got much hype but great show)

Beyblade ( the original first season, 51 episodes... Second season is called V-force and is garbage. Third season is G revolution and is garbage)

 

I just finished watching Highschool of the Dead on netflix. Solid 12 episode series. It's pretty much chock-ful of Fanservice and Gainax bounce ( which i usually can't stand) but the characters are solid enough that the fanservice is more amusing than annoying.
